Because of the reality of today’s fine pitch IC packages, extra small footprint passives and the proliferation of BGA packaging, prototyping and low volume production requires the sophisticated automated production lines normally found in high volume production facilities. BGM has multiple fully automated production lines with automated precision solder paste application, dual gantry camera guided precision pick and place equipment with multi-stage ovens as well as AOI and Xray. We combine this with the flexibility of numerous SMT component feeders for off-line preparation. Our equipment combined with our culture allows us the flexibility to meet your most demanding requirements.
